Easter Day

Easter this year was super special for our family of four.  It was the first year that we really talked to Connor about the meaning of Easter.  We have been talking about Easter for a while now, but on Easter morning we opened the Resurrection Eggs and went through the story.  Connor was SO interested and really listened to Rick.  The rest of the day (and still) he went around telling everyone that JESUS IS ALIVE!!!  (as a matter of fact, he is singing it right now!)  This makes my heart so happy.
As parents you hope you are doing 'good enough' and speaking Truth into their lives at a young age, but you aren't always sure they catch on...I think he gets it!

We hope you all had a Happy Easter and enjoyed reflecting on the Grace given to us because of HIS sacrifice!  SO Blessed!  HE IS ALIVE!
