1 Month, Oh My, How Time Flies

So, it's true...the poor second child (I'm the second child too)...well, there's just not as much time in the day...not as much time to take cutesy pictures and document EVERY move made...However, Rick and I are committed to updating the blog at least once a month (again not as much as we did with Connor), to document the precious moments in our life with our 2 little guys!
With that said, it's been a while...so there is a lot to catch up on...
My mom took these sweet pictures of me & my boys on Valentines Day

Mr. Cade is healthy and growing well! I think he is trying to keep up with his big brother. At 9 days old, during tummy time, he actually rolled over from his tummy to his back (I have witnesses--Jim & Karen saw it too). He has since done this 2 other times. We are amazed at how strong this guy is. He is holding his head up a lot too! I honestly think us Second children are very hard headed individuals who push ourselves to do things well and as soon as possible =). We are always trying to outdo our older siblings (sorry Ryan)!
We are enjoying every minute with Mr. Caedmon Scott. He definitely completes our little family! He is spoiling us as well with his sleep schedule. He sleeps anywhere from 5-8 hours at night before waking up for a bottle. God is Good!
And what can I say about this guy...He is amazing! Connor is such a WONDERFUL big brother. He is so loving and so helpful! He is still learning how to be gentle with Cade, but he genuinely cares about his brother. If Cade is crying, Connor will sing 'Step By Step' to him & it almost always calms & soothes Cade...SO SWEET! Cade definitely admires his big brother as well. Cade will stare at him and track him with his eyes if Connor is anywhere close by. I look forward to seeing my boys as great friends & pray that they will continue this admiration and friendship throughout their lives!
On a funny note, I had Cade in my sling the other day & Connor wanted to be in the 'pouch' (kangaroo pouch) like 'Baby Cade.' Well, what can I say, my husband is THE BEST! He picked Connor up and put him in his 'pouch.'
Sweet Daddy & Connor

Unfortunately, I take most of my pictures these days on my IPhone due to having my hands full, & I haven't uploaded them to the computer yet. I will soon...so check back for more recent pictures of the boys!
Until then, HAPPY ONE MONTH CAEDMON SCOTT! We love you & thank God for you!
