happy birthday Connor Mc! What an amazing 2 months it has been! Rick and I are so blessed by our sweet son! It still amazes us that WE have a BABY and that God has chosen us to care for such an amazing child!
What Connor has learned/done in the past month:
*He Smiled! He smiles ALL the time, especially in the morning when he first wakes up. What a way to embrace the day!
*He has found his hands! Connor loves to suck on his hands. He loves to hold our hands/fingers. He loves to grab his little lobster on his playmat and shake it back and forth. I think he is amazed at all that his hands can do.
*He loves for you to carry him around and let him look at everything. He either wants to be carried up high on your shoulder or carried forward so he can see the world...(no more carrying like a baby).
*He still has to be swaddled in order to sleep. The tighter the swaddle the better. However, Rick calls him Harry Houdini because no matter how tight the swaddle, he can manage to get a least one hand free.
*After the first month of the struggle with weight gain, Connor is now steadily gaining weight. He enjoys the art of eating and smiles once you put his bib on.
Connor amazes us everyday with all the things he has learned. He is such a laid back baby (like his daddy). We have enjoyed month number 2 with him and we look forward to what month 3 holds!!! We go to the Dr. on Friday for his 2 month checkup/shots, so we will give you an update then on his fighting weight!

That sweet boy sure looks like he is having fun having his two month picture made. It has been such a wonderful two months! It is such an incredible blessing to be a grandmother! 10 sleeps!

You look like you are filling out pretty good ! I would even say that you diaper looks a little snug :) ... You are so cute little Connor ... I remember celebrating when Ellie would finally gain a little weight ! Keep growing sweet boy !
